Tri-Tip
Canadian Steak Seasoning (cover liberally)
Lowery's Seasoning ( just a sprinkle)
Wesson Oil to wet
Chopped Garlic (about a teaspoon - tablespoon per roast per taste)
let marinate for about an hour to two
seer the meat 4 sides and then go low & slow to 140 degrees internal over
wood fire
Chicken
teriyaki marinade
chopped pineapple
Chopped Garlic to taste
let marinate for about two- three hours
seer the meat 2 sides and then go low & slow to 170 degrees internal over
wood fire
Beans
1 big can baked beans
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup molasses- to taste
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 large onion chopped fine
1 lb. of BBQ Tri Tip chopped fine ( you can add some of the juice from
cutting the roasts)
1 Tbs Canadian Steak Seasoning - to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste - if available, we had none yesterday
bacon- if available, we had none yesterday
